WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Handcrafted in the Green Mountains of Vermont, all Diamondback rods -- fly, spin, cast and trolling -- are created with the latest technology and the highest measure of human care.
We are proud of our workmanship and stand behind our products. All Diamondback rods carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects and workmanship. Diamondback will, at their option, repair or replace any Diamondback rod which is found to be defective, as long as the original purchaser completes and returns the Warranty Registration Card along with the product upc code and proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Warranty cards must be registered prior to warranty claims to avoid additional charges. This warranty does not cover lost sections, lost rods or intentional breakage. Altering of the rod in any way will void the warranty.
For repair or replacement, please return the entire rod, in its tube and in a cardboard box as well. Be sure to include a note with your name, address and phone number. Also include $30 for return domestic postage. If outside the
